HOT AIR OVEN UNIVERSAL MEMERT TYPE
Outside made of mild steel with powder coated paint. Inside made of anodised aluminium/stainless steel. The double walled door with asbestos gasket lining is fitted on heavy brass cast chromium plated hinges and has a chromium plated latch type lock. Temperature can be controlled from few degree above ambient to 250°C by thermostat. Heating elements are placed in the ribs at the bottom and sides. Built in L-Shape prismatic thermometer, with two shelves, works on 220/230V AC supply with or without air circulating fan.

HOT PLATE (ROUND)
Hot plate has the same construction and finish as the rectangular except that hot plate mounted on a thick mild steel sheet body has a smooth surface cast iron top of 20cm dia. Heated with an electrically operated element layed under the plate. A three step rotary switch works on 220/230V AC. The body is finished with powder coated paint. The hot plate has pilot lamp.

MAGNETIC STIRRER
Magnetic stirrers are used in labs. They are available in two designs, with hot plate/without hot plate. The stirrer with a hot plate is made of metal sheet with stainless steel top which serves as a hot plate. Its stirring and heating units are fitted with an electronic regulator to control the speed of the stirrer. An energy regulator adjusts the heating of the hot plate. The apparatus works on 220/230V AC. It is finished with powder coated paint. |
